2. When we process personal data
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts and no analytics. We process personal data only when you contact us by email or by phone. In that case we process your name, your contact details (email address, phone number) and the content of your message.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiry and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Communicating with you and protecting our legal claims — our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting contract, and afterwards for as long as required by legal retention obligations (for example tax and accounting rules) or until possible claims become time-barred.
5. Hosting and technical logs
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which acts as our processor. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify visitors.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare may process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
7. Cookies, analytics and profiling
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. See the Cookie Policy for details.
8. Recipients
Personal data may be disclosed to our hosting and email service providers acting as processors, and to public authorities where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal data.
9. Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, contact us at prpfinish@gmail.com.
10. Right to lodge a complaint

Providing personal data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry.
